Heva is France's leader in the processing and analysis of real-life healthcare data, with a particular focus on data from the French National Health Data System (SNDS) and OPEN DATA databases.
We design and produce pharmaco-epidemiological, medico-economic and care pathway studies for our customers (pharmaceutical industries, medical device manufacturers, institutional clients), using solid statistical methods and innovative solutions based on Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc.).
We are involved in the entire life cycle of healthcare data, from primary data collection (early access, observational studies, SCAC studies), to secondary data exploitation/analysis (enrichment, application of advanced statistical methods, machine learning and AI), study design support (protocols, data sourcing) and larger-scale projects such as the implementation of technical/regulatory data exploitation platforms/healthcare data warehouses.
To make our analyses and data easy to understand for non-experts, we have also developed specific Datavisualization and Analytics know-how around the development of digital tools (Websites, IOS Apps).

To strengthen our Scientific Department, we are looking for :
Un pharmaco-épidémiologiste (F/H) – CDI
Your tasks :
Within the Scientific Department (composed of 4 pharmaco-epidemiologists, 1 medical methodologist, 2 medical writers), you will be responsible for :
- Draft documents relating to clinical studies on primary or secondary data (synopses, study protocols, statistical analysis plans, study reports).
- Drafting/participating in the drafting of documents for publication and scientific communication (abstracts and papers for scientific conferences, scientific articles as per instructions to authors)
- Reflect on real-life study strategies and propose study designs based on customer requests
- Conducting bibliographic research and literature reviews of studies
- Prepare presentations for scientific committees, customers and health authorities
- Participate in discussions with customers and regulatory authorities (HDH, CNIL, ANSM, HAS, etc.).
- Contribute to the drafting of sales proposals to meet customers' needs
- Manage and coordinate part or all of a project, depending on experience level
- Apporter son expertise technique dans les solutions portées par Heva
Your profile:
- Medical/Paramedical training (Public Health Physician, Pharmacist, etc.) supplemented by training in epidemiology, public health or biostatistics (minimum level bac +5)
- A partir d’un an d’expérience dans le poste de Pharmaco-épidémiologiste
Skills required :
- Good writing skills in French and English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Scientific rigor
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Good integration skills to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Good organizational skills to manage several projects in parallel
- Knowledge and/or experience in one of the following areas would be a plus:

- Medico-administrative databases such as SNDS/ESND, PMSI
- Therapeutic management in oncology
