    4 Cookies and data processing outside the EU

    Heva may deposit Third Party Cookies on the terminals of its visitors. These Third-Party Cookies do not fall into the category of Third-Party Cookies exempt from consent and may not be deposited without the prior consent of visitors to the Heva website.

    Some personal data from third-party cookies may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

    In this respect, Heva undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure the compliance of the Transfer of Personal Data by checking the presence of legal tools enabling the transfer to be framed as an appendix to the data protection agreements (DPA) of their recipients and by putting in place all additional guarantees necessary for this purpose.

    Heva undertakes to ensure that its Subcontractors comply with these obligations in respect of their own Subcontractors.
